Garlic and Savoy Cabbage

According to Dr. James Weil, rubbing salt on your hands after handling garlic will help remove the smell.

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the spices and stir-fry until the mustard seeds begin to pop. Add the cabbage and the garlic and stir-fry until the cabbage begins to wilt. Add the coconut and stir-fry for one minute more, then add the maple syrup and lemon juice. Mix well ad season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
