Scandinavian Beet Burgers

Mix the rice, tofu, beet, breadcrumbs, vinegar, oil and marjoram in a bowl. Season and shape into flat cakes. Dip in flour and fry at high temperature for two minutes on each side. Turn down the heat and continue frying for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve in burger buns, with salad, slices of tomato, cucumber, raw onion, and mustard and tomato ketchup.
