Apple, Pecan, Cornbread Upside Down Cake
Easy way to "dress up" cornbread!
Prepare a basic corn bread recipe and bake in a cake pan or muffin cups.
Top with
Sauteed chopped apples, chopped pecans, local honey and butter.
Top with Whipped cream.
