Basil Pesto

    2 tbsp. pine nuts
    1 bunch fresh basil
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tsp. coarse sea salt
    4 tbsp. olive oil

Grind the nuts and garlic in a mortar or blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to
form a coarse paste. Add a little extra oil if necessary to adequately blend.
