Broiled Bell Peppers

Broil the peppers, with the skin facing the heat, until the skin is charred. Leave to cool in a
paper bag, then peel off the skin. Cut into long strips and place in a shallow dish. Sprinkle
with rich garlic dressing and serve with French bread.
