Rich Garlic Dressing
Use in Broiled Bell Pepper recipe
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 garlic glove, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup olive oil (approximately)
Whisk or hand-blend the vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper with a little
oil. Add the oil very slowly, a little at a time until the dressing starts to emulsify. Then add
more oil, still a little at a time, until the taste is right. Adjust seasoning.
