construction of the Morgantown Market Place. We will build a covered, open-air
pavilion located on the present site of the Farmers Market. This covered pavilion
will be lit, weatherproofed and available for community events outside of Market
hours.
Main Street Morgantown (MSM) with the cooperation of the Morgantown Farmers
Market and Growers Association (MFMGA), the City of Morgantown, the
Morgantown Parking Authority and Monongalia Master Gardeners seeks to
create the Morgantown arket Place, a permanent site for the Morgantown
Farmers Market in downtown Morgantown. MSM and the City of Morgantown will
oversee the design, engineering and construction of this structure.
