What we sell at the market:
Garlic, arugula, lettuce blends, mesclun, mizuna,
spinach, swiss chard, onions, beets, radishes,
snap & snow peas, hot and sweet peppers,
heirloom cherry tomatoes, heirloom paste tomatoes,
heirloom yellow beans, edamame, cut herb bundles,
cut dahlias, cut flower bouquets, potted perennial
flowering plants, potted herbs, potted tropical foliage
plants, shrubs.
We will be at the market:
Every Saturday/All season
Information about our farm/business:
We are a small family farm with horses, dogs, cats
and rabbits. We have a retail greenhouse business
in the spring plus a primitive & collectible gift shop.
We grow with organic/sustainable methods although
non certified. Our season was started in the beginning
of March through the use of the low tunnels and row
covers, our spring crop grew beautifully! We also are
members of the Weds. Waynesburg Farmers' Market
which begins May 13.
Information about our family:
My husband John and I do all the growing, weeding,
picking etc. You may even see him at the market this
year, he's thinking about helping with the selling too!
Other information:
We are excited for the market to begin this year. The
Association has done a lot of work to improve our
market and we hope to see great results this season
for everyone, customers and vendors!
